Refund policy

Effective date: 11 August 2026

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to chairs purchased from QOR360 Australia, distributed and sold by NL-Tec Pty Ltd (ABN 72 066 375 166), for delivery within Australia.

60-day change-of-mind trial

We offer a 60-day change-of-mind trial beginning on the date your chair is delivered.

To request a return under this trial, contact us within 60 days after delivery at sarah.neylon@nl-tec.com or +61 8 9259 5100. Please include your order number. You may tell us the reason for the return as optional feedback, but providing a reason is not required to qualify for the trial. Do not send the chair until we have provided return instructions.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the chair must be substantially complete and must not have damage beyond what would reasonably occur from trying the chair during the trial. Please retain the chair and its components with reasonable care while it is in your possession.

You are responsible for arranging and paying the return freight for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

After we receive and inspect the returned chair, we will refund the product price to the original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable. The free standard shipping provided with the original order has no separate value to refund. If the chair is incomplete or has damage beyond reasonable trial use, we may decline the change-of-mind return or propose a reasonable adjustment, subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products

The 60-day change-of-mind trial is separate from, and additional to, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a chair is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described or incorrectly supplied, contact us as soon as practicable. Please provide your order number and, where useful, photographs or other information that helps us assess the issue. We will work with you on the remedy and any return arrangements required by law. Do not incur return costs before contacting us unless it is reasonably necessary to do so.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation and/or compensation where the Australian Consumer Law provides those remedies. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
