SIT BETTER, LIVE BETTER.
We spend a large part of the day sitting. Sitting is designed into our lives, but how we sit is something we can change.
At QOR360, we believe better sitting starts with movement. Active sitting allows small movements while seated and offers a less static way to spend time at a desk.
When sitting keeps you moving, the day feels different.
HOW DID WE GET HERE?
After 30 years as a surgeon, Dr. Osler transitioned to a research career, trading the operating room for long hours at a desk. He found that conventional chairs kept him in a fixed position. He tried every chair he could find, but none allowed the movement he wanted while seated.
His solution? Invent a better way to sit.
Meet Dr. Turner Osler
Turner is the CEO and Founder of QOR360. Dr. Osler is an academic trauma surgeon turned research epidemiologist who has published over 300 peer-reviewed medical papers and book chapters. As a physician who experienced the limitations of conventional chairs, Dr. Osler’s quest for a more active way to sit led him to develop The Eccentric Bicylinder, a shape that is central to QOR360’s ergonomic and active seating products.
